When you write a business letter – there are some things you should not do!!!!!!

Some info about your evaluation paper:
Letter:
The letter counts most marks, so take your time.
Remember:
1. Addresses at the top : yours and the person it is sent to
2. What the letter is about: content – one line
3. Person to receive the letter
4. Paragraph 1: supply more information about the content of the letter (about)
5. Paragraph 2: supply more information about what you have done / would like to do
6. Paragraph 3. indicate what you want (why did you write this letter?)
7. Letter ending: Yours sincerely
8. PS – any further information i.e. attachments
Vocabulary: Banking / Meetings etc.
Topics: Interviews / Job Description etc.
Comprehension: Read the given article and express an opinion.
